Store warranty
All products include a one-year store warranty from the date of delivery. If you receive a defective unit, contact us with your order number and photos — we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Returns
Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and a reference number.
Non-returnable
Items that show signs of installation, use, or damage are not eligible for return unless covered under warranty.
