When does my order ship?
Most orders dispatch within 24 hours after quality inspection. Tracking is emailed when your package leaves our warehouse in China.
Do you ship to the EU with DDP?
Yes — for eligible EU destinations, import duties and VAT are calculated at checkout. No surprise fees on delivery where DDP applies.
Are products brand new?
Yes. We only sell brand-new units shipped from our China warehouse.
How do I choose rim vs disc?
Select the variant that matches your frame mounts. Disc SKUs are for disc brake builds; rim SKUs are for caliper brake builds.
